Sport has always played a big part in Radnor YFC with county regularly sending teams on to Wales and National finals. Over the years it has proved a good way of attracting new members to the federation.

Sports Day is normally held in May at the Freedom Leisure Centre in Llandrindod Wells.

Competitions vary each year but generally include: rounders, dodgeball, ultimate frisbee, netball and football.

In order to give all members a chance of competiting clubs can field joint teams for Sports Day.
